Be prepared

It is the tendency of some to want to rush into a project starting the Construction Phase as soon as possible. At Boh Construction we take the time upfront to plan the whole project so items do not get overlooked. From choosing the right floor plan to ordering materials, we work with you to help you determine what you truly want and minimize changes that can lead to costly change orders.

Use only the best subcontractors

In our over 45 years we have been doing business, we have developed strong relationships with some of the best subcontractors in the area. Working with the same subcontractors over and over again helps you learn how they operate, how to work with them, and gives you the ability to find the ones that do the best job.

Take pride in our work.

From the smallest remodel to the largest new custom home, we take pride in every aspect of the project. Our skilled craftsmen take pride in every project they complete. At Boh Construction, every day our name is on the line. This means that we spend the time and energy to ensure that we deliver a superior product with exceptional service.

Stick to the plan

Although schedule is important in any construction project, getting the job done fast will never take precedent over getting the job done right. Unfortunately, sometimes problems arise during construction. Instead of cutting corners in order to deal with unforeseen added material and or labor costs, we take the time to fix the problem. We would rather get the job done right, even if it means we will lose money due to extra costs. At Boh Construction, cutting corners is not an option.

Know your costs and stick to the Budget.

Stay on track with your budget– we keep a comprehensive database with all of our material and labor costs. This takes the guess work out of estimating your project saving both time and money.

Use only the highest quality products.

In order to give you the highest quality house, we must start with only the highest quality building products. This means using well known, name brand products such as Pella, Anderson, Delta, Mansfield, Moen, Kohler, American Standard, Basco, Jacuzzi, Kemper, DuPont, Owens Corning, Certainteed, Crane, Timber Tech, Azek, Schlage, James Hardi, etc. We can also use any other brand or material you would like in order to create a truly high quality custom home for you and your family.
